should be minimal since once it is treated there should be no long term effects
There is no average settlement. There would only be an award of
indemnity IF there is permenant disability/impairment due to the
injury. You won’t know that until you are MMI, and rated for PD.
Concentrate on recovery, not the amount of money you might receive.
The goal is return to work, any money you might receive from this
claim isn’t going to give you a car or vacation.
This is why I love this site right here!
People have asked what are the solutions or what pain relief can be
prescribed for Carpal Tunnel syndrome. There are many solutions for
carpal tunnel pain relief, some more drastic than others. Generally
people are prescribed with anti-inflammatory drugs. Generally these
drugs are quite ineffective and block our bodies’ natural healing
process. Other solutions such as Night Splints and Cortisone
injections are also prescribed. These two solutions do provide
short lived pain relief and take the edge off the deadness, but are
not long term solutions. The most drastic treatment is surgery; it
is only a final option though, when it is too late. Surgery does
resolve the problem long term, but Carpel Tunnel syndrome can be
prevented much earlier without the need to have surgery, this is
through Carpel Tunnel exercises.
